Dear New Haven Community,
This past school year was a challenging one for all of us. There is, however, much to celebrate. One thing worth celebrating is the collaboration that occurred between our employee groups and the District. We are all partners in our efforts to provide our students with the best education possible. Our work this year reflected this partnership culminating with bargaining agreements with the New Haven Teachers Association (NHTA), California School Employees Association (CSEA), and the New Haven Administrators Association (NHAA)
NHTA, CSEA, NHAA, and the District are happy to announce that our school board approved these agreements at the board meeting on June 21, 2022. These agreements are for the 2022-23 and 2023-24 school years and include raises of 7% for 2022-23 and 4% for 2023-24 for all employees in New Haven.
NHTA, CSEA, NHAA, and the District believe that these agreements reaffirm our commitment to working together toward the benefit of our staff and students. We are all pleased and appreciative to have concluded bargaining in such an efficient and productive manner.

Estimada Comunidad de New Haven,
Este último ciclo escolar fue un desafío para todos nosotros. Sin embargo, tenemos mucho que celebrar. Una cosa que vale la pena celebrar es la colaboración entre nuestros grupos de empleados y el Distrito. Todos somos socios en nuestros esfuerzos para brindarle a nuestros estudiantes la mejor educación posible. Nuestro trabajo este año reflejó esta asociación que culminó en acuerdos de negociación con la Asociación de Maestros de New Haven (NHTA), la Asociación de Empleados Escolares de California (CSEA) y la Asociación de Administradores de New Haven (NHAA).
NHTA, CSEA, NHAA y el Distrito se complacen en anunciar que nuestra Junta Directiva Escolar aprobó estos acuerdos en la reunión del 21 de Junio del 2022. Estos acuerdos son para los ciclos escolares 2022-23 y 2023-24 e incluyen aumentos del 7% para el 2022-23 y 4% para el 2023-24, para todos los empleados de New Haven.
