Job Description

Primary Function:

To provide oversight for departments or grade levels K-12.

Organizational Relationships:

Directly responsible to the principal or other designated administrator.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Assist with budget development and control within the department/level.
  2. Assist with the distribution of district, school, and department/level information.
  3. K-8 Advise with development of the master schedule and scheduling of staff.
  4. 9-12 Assist with development of the master schedule and scheduling of staff.
  5. Assist with the ordering and distribution of equipment, textbooks, supplies and materials.
  6. Fully participate as a member in the site leadership group.
