Study Hall Monitor
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Under the supervision of an Assistant Principal, supervises students assigned to all day study hall, monitors their activities, ensures their physical welfare, and does related work as directed by the supervisor.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Directly responsible to designated administrators.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintains records of student attendance, oversees student behavior in the classroom, makes referrals as appropriate, and calls for immediate assistance if necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must pass qualifying test.
EXPERIENCE
One (1) year experience working with high school/middle school-age students in an educational setting.
EDUCATION
AA Degree or equivalent.
