PRIMARY FUNCTION

To coordinate and direct maintenance, gardening, and custodial personnel assigned to James Logan High school.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

  • Directly responsible to the Director of Maintenance & Operations.
  • Directly responsible for maintenance, gardening, and custodial personnel assigned to James Logan High School.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Coordinates and directs maintenance, gardening, and custodial personnel assigned to James Logan High School.
  • Directs the staff assigned to the various areas of responsibility, including providing for the evaluation process and inservice program.
  • Plans, organizes, and supervises the scheduling of all assigned staff.
  • Coordinates the scheduling needs for co-curricular programs in relationship to facility.
  • Supervises and assists in the performance of general maintenance tasks.
  • Meets with site administrator or designee on a regular basis to discuss facility needs.
  • Inspects facility for cleanliness and safety.
  • Assists Manager of Operations in employee performance testing and selection.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Mgt. salary range 24/1-5

225 day workyear
