All students will thrive academically and emotionally in a rich, diverse environment that is rooted in equity and supports wellness and socio-emotional learning.

  3. Anti-racist leadership professional development to prepare the new Anti-Racist
    Committee (ARC)
  4. Access to anti-racist consultation sessions – Anti-Racism Task Force
  5. Pilot Initial Site Based Anti-Racism Professional Development
  6. Generate an annual equity based progress report
  7. Generate consistent, equity-based data for core District programs and systems
  8. Use equity walks / audits recommended by each site when we return to in-person.
  9. Expand Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) work
  10. Expand Universal Design for Learning (UDL) work
