Union City Family Center
The Union City Family Center has been a responsive community partner, meeting the needs of individuals and families within our community. Since 2012, we have expanded and refined our services to support the needs within our community having supported nearly 3000 individuals annually and having provided services to over 20,000 people. We have grown to a vast collaborative of more than 40 agencies, expanding partnerships for a collective impact to effectively address regional needs. Working with our partners, we help address urgent living needs such as food, clothing, and housing; provide after school and summer enrichment and academic programs; provide community support for parents and caregivers of infants and toddlers; support vision and oral health care for K-12 students. Together, we empower and engage individuals and families to plan for a successful future.
